What we want to do is be careful whom you take counsel from and be conscious of your time because there is so much information out there. We want you to identify three areas that you can focus on in your business to help grow it on a daily basis and help you systematize those portions to save time. To get started we will talk first about whether or not social media is a fad. Facebook’s IPOs is on the horizon if you have not been looking at the news LinkedIn went public last year (May 2010) and currently valued at over $9 billion dollars. Facebook is expected to go for much, much more. So to answer that question, is social media a fad? The answer to that question is clearly NO! Not when social media companies are going for billions of dollars and the majority of people are spending their time on social media sites. Social Media is not to go away it will transform into something that’s a little more creative than just hanging out with friends, for instance we might start to hang out with people that have similar likes and interests like the new site PinTrist or Twitter, I am just about out of time but some things to take home is known where to engage your audience, engage people were they are engage consumers in the networks that they’re involved in. 21.3% of the total time spent on the Internet is inside social network, comScore poll showed and average of 33 hours we spent on the Internet, and eight of those 33 hours are in social networks. It is important to have a sounds media strategy and to be thinking about creating content so that when people are looking for your products and/or services your easy to find on the Internet. I am out of time but for more information on the cloud, internet, and social media technologies please subscribe to our video blog, will deliver a nice e-mail with a video attached of our next episode of “60 Seconds or Less to SEO and Social Media Superstardom” each week.
